A full CRM and advisor-workflow portfolio, owned end to end
Salentica Elements on Salesforce. Salentica Engage on Dynamics 365. Data Broker, Black Diamond CRM, and Modestspark. One strategy, one roadmap, plus a professional-services motion for larger clients. I own the product direction and shape the pricing, packaging, and platform strategy behind it.
On the AI side, I built the enablement and governance framework that defines how AI and Agentforce capabilities are evaluated, gated, and brought to market in a regulated industry, and stood up an AI-assisted delivery pipeline that drafts client-facing material straight from product specs.
-
Three weeks early on a hard platform deadline
Led a Salesforce security and compliance remediation across the managed-package suite, owning the approach and sequencing, and delivered three weeks ahead of the platform's enforcement deadline.
-
AI that ships, governed like it should be
Built the framework for evaluating and gating AI and Agentforce capabilities before they reach clients, then took them to market, with consumption-based cost controls to protect margin.
-
One connected view for advisors
Delivered the contact-sync solution that put CRM at the center of the Black Diamond and InnoTrust ecosystem, replacing siloed platforms with a single connected view.
-
Connectivity at custodial scale
Stood up multi-custodian connectivity with Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing, and Orion, with KYC and AML requirements supported across CRM and wealth gateway products.
Every chapter of my work has been the same job: taking systems that don't talk and making them one system that does.
Infrastructure roots, commercial altitude
I came into product through infrastructure: years of running servers, networks, and virtualization before I ever wrote a roadmap. That foundation is my edge. I don't just think about prioritization; I think about delivery, dependencies, security, and what it takes to ship and support software in regulated environments.
It's why I can direct a third-party penetration test and the remediation behind it, talk architecture with engineering as a peer, and still own the commercial story: pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and the escalations that keep enterprise clients on the platform.
The vertical changes; the job doesn't. Regulated data, systems that need to talk, and products that have to make money. I've run that pattern in wealth management and lived it in payroll and HR software, and it travels to any serious platform business.
